These Terms govern your use of vexlodigital.com and the services provided by Vexlo Digital LLC. By requesting a consultation or becoming a client, you agree to these Terms.

We design, host, and maintain websites and set up lead-automation tools such as missed-call text-back, SMS follow-up, and review requests. Monthly plans cover hosting, updates, and support as described at sign-up.

You agree to provide accurate business information, respond to our requests for content and access in a timely way, and keep your account information current. You’re responsible for the legality of any content you ask us to publish.

Monthly fees are billed in advance. No setup fee for launch clients. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on stopping service.

Our services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or lost profits arising from your use of our services. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party platforms we integrate with.
