By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website, chat widget, consultation request, or service agreement, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Vexlo Digital LLC and our authorized messaging providers. This includes automated and non-automated messages related to your inquiry, account, or the services you requested.

• Missed-call text-back — an automatic reply when you call and we can’t pick up, so your lead isn’t lost.
• Follow-up reminders — messages to past customers about service, maintenance, or scheduling.
• Review requests — a link to leave a Google review after a completed job.
• Service notices — updates about your project, scheduling, or account.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. For example, you may receive one text-back per missed call, a follow-up after a job, or a periodic review request. We will not send more messages than are reasonably necessary for the service you requested.

Vexlo Digital LLC does not charge you to send or receive SMS messages. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You can also email us at hello@vexlodigital.com or call (512) 555-0142 to unsubscribe. After opting out, you may still receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your request.
