By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated SMS text messages from Vexlo Digital LLC and our messaging providers. These messages may include missed-call text-back replies, appointment and follow-up reminders, review requests, service notices, and related communications regarding your account or inquiry.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us — for example, one text-back per missed call, follow-ups after a job, or periodic review requests. You will not receive more messages than are reasonably necessary for the service you requested.

No extra charges from us. We do not charge you to send or receive SMS messages. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

Opt out anytime. You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. To opt out of a specific program, reply STOP, and to get help reply HELP. You can also email us at hello@vexlodigital.com or call (512) 555-0142 to unsubscribe. After opting out, you may still receive a one-time confirmation message.

We don’t sell your personal information to third parties. We only share what’s needed to run our services — for example, with our hosting provider and our SMS/messaging providers so we can deliver the text messages you requested — and only under agreements that require those providers to protect your data.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time, and you can withdraw your consent to receive SMS messages by following the opt-out instructions above. Email hello@vexlodigital.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
