Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your monthly plan at any time. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. Cancel by emailing hello@vexlodigital.com or calling (512) 555-0142. We’ll stop billing and turn off automations cleanly.

You keep ownership of your domain and any content you provided. We’ll package your website files so you can host them elsewhere. Paid SMS and automation credits already used are non-refundable.

Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law. No setup fee for launch clients.

If you’re unhappy with your site within the first 14 days of launch, tell us and we’ll make it right — including reworking the design at no extra cost.
